16036 Red Arrow Hwy, Union PierWe tried Union Pier Social on a recent trip near Lake Michigan. We ordered for pick-up. I walked in and there was hardly anyone there on a weekday. The host seemed annoyed and directed me to the bar for pick-up. The bartender, however, was very friendly getting my order. We ordered 2 Union 2.0 burgers with fries, and a side of cheese curds and ranch. The burgers with Fat Tire beer cheese were great, although they seemed to be a bit light on the cheese. The fries were decent. We had high hopes for the cheese curds, but we didn't find them to be that great. We would probably not order them again. Their ranch seemed to be made in house and was very good. We paid under $50 for two of us after tax and tip. For the amount of food we thought it was pretty fair considering the other restaurants in the area. I would recommend giving this place a try.
