Absolutely the most horrible experience in my entire life. Car ran for 2 weeks then broke down. Took it back to dealer, they had it for 2 weeks then shuttled it off to Grand Rapids to be fixed. They also sold me a warranty that refuses to fix the car too. Car has been in shop for 8 months ad apparently needs new engine. Warning, stay away from this dealer! No car, just payments and empty promises.

Just wanted to share how my experience was with Betten used auto in Twinlake mi .Dave Green was the sales person that helped me find our new used Acadia. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about everything from the start, which can be a rare quality these days he has gone above and beyond helping make sure, our new use vehicle is roadworthy with his mechanic and himself helping repair some things that needed to be done before we could get it and drive it on the road .While he was repairing our new used vehicle before We bought it.He let us test drive another vehicle from the lot so we had a vehicle to drive while our new use vehicle was getting repaired. That was very helpful because our old van died and was leaking oil and antifreeze so bad I couldn’t drive it back off the lot.so that was so much appreciated, and a great blessing for us in between my car breaking and us to get the new used one on the road and titled and everything. It was also at a very reasonable of cost. I would definitely recommend this place for buying a new used vehicle really good quality vehicle that we were able to buy at a honest price and great friendly customer service.

I bought a vehicle from them in the winter and I commented on if the air doesn’t work in the summer I will cry, Dave Greene said if it doesn’t came back and they will make it right. Summer cam and the air didn’t work I did not expect them to actually do anything for me. He went above and beyond took a look at it right then and there gave me a spare vehicle and fixed the ac at no cost to me no questions asked! Definitely has my business and support! My kids and I are so thankful for the cool air! Great honest people who stand by their word!

So my experience started out great with Dave bought a beautiful 2016 F-150 king ranch. Even bought the extended warranty because it is a king ranch and has a ton of features and options. So not even a day or 2 after doing paperwork my passenger side running stopped working so when you open the door it would start to come down then go right back up. So I text him and his says will have to wait until your warranty goes into affect which is fine just can't pay for it out of pocket. 2-3 weeks goes by no response so I call the betten in Coopersville make an appointment had to take a day off of work only to find out that the warranty that I was sold (supposed to cover everything) did not cover the running board motor. So I text Dave and let him know his response was what part is broken I said the motor and have not had a response back since 9/14/2022. Don't think I should have to pay the $1,500 for a new motor for a running board that was broken the day after I drove it off the lot.
