Used the drop in mailbox to return a small package I already labeled on Monday at 5:50 or so, when there was a busy line is around 11 people. Within just 1 day they updated it at around 9:30 pm shown on ebay (then arrived elsewhere 1 hour later). I wish it was slightly earlier like at 6pm but that's still great updating time!

They are not professional. I disapointed the service.
They registered the tracking system that package is held at post office by customer request but I did not request and not be notified nothing. And alos the officer’s attitude is so rude and non efficient.

Mislabeled a letter's delivery destination, caused it to get lost in the mail, and there's no way to recover it or get it to the destination a month later. Much better service in Clawson!

I put in a hold mail, I did it purposely 2 days ahead of time, to make sure it was stopped before leaving town.
In the past I've done this and came home to a mail box so full you couldn't fit a strand of hair in.
Instead of waiting in the very long line, I walked up and asked one of the employees at the front to see a manager. He told me I needed to wait in line, I couldn't believe it. I questioned him and said I definitely needed to wait in line.
After 20 minutes in line I reached the front and then he took 15 seconds to go back and get the manager, he came back and continued his work.
I was boiling by that time. The manager did resolve my issue.
The workers at this post office have zero respect for their customers.
I feel every postal area across our nation should be split in half and mail delivered 3 days a week for everyone. Monday, Wednesday & Friday for half the area. Then Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday for the other half. Cut these employees in half. We're paying something we no longer need every day and we're paying for people to be disrespectful to us???

I always use this location and have had phenomenal service . I went in today at 12:40pm. Mohammed and another man were working (tall , skinny , dark skin black male with rough textured skin). My box needed tape and Mohammed did his best to find some . However the sassy, aggressive and rude black male that was also working told me i had to pay for tape. Ok no problem. After i paid for the tape, the black man made it a point to grab the tape that was out and basically flash it on my face to make it a point. This child like behavior is not acceptable and i will make sure this gets handled by the proper people. He should be in the back cleaning bathrooms or sorting boxes with that poor attitude

Horrible post office. Claims they didn't deliver our package to our house because our business hours showed we were closed? Our home is a home, not a business very confused.

This post office needs to just fire every last person here. Rude, ineffectiveness in delivering the mail, ineffectiveness in handling the mail, rude postal drivers, lazy, and more I can't post here that I would like to say. Every weekend when my business is waiting for mail, door is open, sign is turned on, I get a notice saying "couldn't deliver because business is closed." and I come to my office every weekend to get packages that critical for my business. Today we saw him as he was delivering and we asked if we had packages at 10 am today and he said no, two hours later and update saying they couldn't deliver AFTER talking to his man. Please just fire everyone here and get new people because I am tired of the lack of work they do.

Passport Service is mission impossible. Scheduled appointment online. Took time off work. Got a cancellation a night before the appointment. Message advised me to go to other USPS locations that offer walk up services. Since I already had time off, went to another location only to find passport window closed. Apparently, no one available to do this service. I figured to give it a try at another walk up location. Same story. Passport window closed. Setup another appointment online not too far from my work. Got cancellation notice an hour before my appointment. Why do you advertise Passport Services when you cannot provide it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISLEADING.

Horrible customer service employees have a rude attitude. If I could rate 0 I would. Avoid this location if possible and go elsewhere.

The Post Office staff is a bunch of overweight AA with bad attitudes. They talk down to customers. As minority government employees they know they can't be fired, therefore job performance is not a factor. I try to go to a different Post Office when I can. DEI in action.

6 months ago. I Paid $150.00 and they Lost my envelope for guaranteed 3 days international delivery. Package never found and Money was never refunded. I thought I give them another chance and few days ago mailed with overnight guaranteed next day delivery to Chicago. Package left the Troy office the next day afternoon and of course never made it on time. This place is a joke. Just look at the floor. Packages are everywhere, what a messy and dirty place. Poor management.
