I found Uncle Henry's searching "gourmet jerky" on Google maps. The Sweet and Sassy jerky is excellent. I enjoy the elk sticks as well. Thanks for quality. I'll definitely be back again!

This is my 4th year 6th deer. They always package the meat good. The steaks are trim nicely. Wouldn't take my deer anywhere else.

Very clean and organized processor. I’ve never been to such a clean and professional operation. They were very helpful to explain how my deer will be processed and walked me through several options of what I can do with the meat— snack sticks, jerky, roasts, etc. they even referred me to their guy who does Euro mounts, so I didn’t have to take the head to another place.Their turnaround time was very quick… I’ll definitely only use uncle Henry’s now.. it’s also a convenient stop on my way back downstate.

This was my first time to Uncle Henry's and I am extremely satisfied with them.The staff was very pleasant and helpful to work with. Also the turnaround time for the processing was quick and the packing was excellent plus the price was very reasonable. Everything is very good especially the snack sticks!! I definitely recommend Uncle Henry's!!!

This was my second year bringing a doe to Uncle Henry's. They run a very efficient operation here, and everyone is super friendly. Surprisingly fast turnaround during peak hunting season and heading into a holiday. They do a quality job with vacuum-sealing so it's quick and easy to pack your freezer. I really enjoy having a supply of snack sticks and polish sausages throughout the year - they are delicious and well worth the additional expense.

I hunt in Jackson and usually have my deer processed there. I was very pleased to find Uncle Henry's here locally to avoid having to drive back and forth to Jackson....and they were open on Sunday which was a huge plus. Dropped my buck off on Sunday afternoon and it was ready in a few days, perfectly processed and vacuum sealed. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Will never go anywhere else from now on. Already ate one of the summer sausage rolls and one of the back strap cuts. 5 Stars all the way around.
