nothing but the best, help, service, answering questions ect. I would definitely buy here again (and I live in Ft.Wayne, IN and they are in Detroit). Even after the sale, they had time to talk F1. I loved it!!!!

Mixed experience with Suburban Mazda.
The sales rep, KaRon was very helpful and we are quite happy with the vehicle itself. But other aspects of the buying process have been less than ideal.
They have messed up my name in the paperwork despite giving correct information and given me an empty USB instead of one with the docs. No one has responded to our emails and calls and sorted out these issues.
But my biggest complaint is with the lender that the dealership got us. Apparently Driveway finance Corp is their preferred lender. But neither their website nor the app is working, making it impossible to sign up and make payments. Can't understand how a company can show a "down for maintenance" banner for several days now. No one is answering calls either. Doesn't seem to be a recent issue if one goes by the several 1-star reviews they have. Buyers should avoid and just go with a local bank.
