I call my needs into Ashly and she takes care of my order, sends me an E-Mail tracking number and and I have always gotten my shipments in a very timely manner. The only problem has was I was using FED-X and they were not very dependable so I had Ashley change my shipments to USPS and it has been great. Since then everything works very well,. “All the major chain pharmacies were out of Augmentin (antibiotic) for my 8 month-old who developed an infection on his gums. I was worried that he wasn’t going to get his antibiotic, and out of the blue a Pharmacist at Med Index called and said that he, not only has the medication, but he’ll also deliver it to us that evening! We live in an area that’s newer so it can be tricky with the navigation systems, but despite getting lost and taking almost an hour trying to get to our place he hand-delivered the medication and also brought a little juice for our son! He’s too young for it, but the thought was incredibly touching!! We will be going to this pharmacy for all our family’s future needs simply because of how they go above and beyond in caring for their clients. We appreciate this small business so much!!”

“I don’t understand why Krogers isn’t requiring employees to wear masks. They are asking shoppers but not staff even the manager is maskless. Yesterday I watched as an employee sneezed( no tissue) in the produce area. Fruits and vegetables all out in the open, as were the bags she was filling for customer pickup. You know those shoppers who are worried about getting sick, so they use the pick up option. Do I think Kroger cares about keeping people safe - NO!”
