We purchased new phones. The company sent us used phones, 2 of which did not work because they were registered with other companies. We sent the two phones back, and they sent two more used phones. One of the phones worked, while the other phone did not work at all. The company refused to send us a replacement phone (or refund) and told us to contact the manufacturer. Plenty of other options out there - don't use Metroline.

Had issues with a device. Delayed my shipment to my customer which made me look like a fool. They did send me another device almost a week later. There was no apologies, nor any real effort to fix the issue. When I called I was told well we can just send you a label and give you a refund. Had to basically beg for a replacement. It wasnt all staff but the one who answered the phone early. I will likely NOT order from them again unless they take time to fix this issue appropriately. ?

Very easy to communicate my changes for our phone system, Jesse remoted to my computer and completed changes efficiently.
