Unprofessional Pharmacy, they charged my cr.card without checking with me first and om top of that they did not even have it in stock. They lie on the phone and when they tell you that they will call you back they never do. Is better to use a different pharmacy.

Terrible service don't use you will never get someone to answer the phone during business hours plus you will never get your medication's delivered to the correct place

I have been dealing with them for a couple of yrs via Email and my Med s arrive at my door every 3 months packed very proffesionally and neat, they will also will look for the best coupons on the market to help u out. The perfect place to not have to deal with Walmart, Publix, Costco, winn Dixie incompetence and Issues...

Great Company!!!! Have always received my scripts in a timely manner. They call and ASK ME if I need any refills at the time. No hassles and nice customer service whenever I have had to call them. I highly recommend this company. I don't want to have to ”shop” at Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and WAIT- I will certainly SPEND MONEY WAITING for my scripts at any of the alternative Prescription places, which I don't want to do anymore. Thank you HOMESCRIPTS for providing Quality service!!

I've been using them for a few months now. They call to see if I need a refill and are very courteous. I have not had a problem yet. Not sure about these bad reviews.

I was surprised to see the low reviews for this company. I just called them to reorder a scrip and as usual the representative was quick, efficient and very personable. I have never had anything but a great experience with this company. They are 100% better than dealing with a local pharmacy.

Horrible company, if their website is down and you have pictures to prove when u tried to place your otc order they lie and say my insurance company directed them not to place orders that didn't get in before midnight!

Horrible. They never sent my meds first time because they said they didn't have them in stock. Yet never called to let me know. Second month, never sent because I didn't consent to autoship, which I definitely already had. 3rd month, didn't send meds because they weren't sure if we were insured...yet never called. Our insurance info has not changed in the 3 months, how could they not know we were insured? This is the absolute most ridiculous joke of a company I have ever seen.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT. I HAD PREVIOUS ORDERS WITH THEM AND WAS ALWAYS BILLED. NOW THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN CHARGE MY CARD, CAUSING MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN. AS I WAS SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE VERY UNSYMPATHETIC LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS, I WAS INFORMED THAT THAT WAS A GLITCH ON THEIR PART. THANKS A FREAKIN LOT. WILL NOT BE USING THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN. JUST GO TO WALMART. HORRIBLE COMPANY. SORRY I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, ONLY SO I CAN POST. UGHHHH

Most of my orders went through well but if I had a problem, I never got to talk with the same person twice so I had to tell my story over and over. Their note taking is not good. Never put down what they promise so the next person you talked to doesn't believe you.
