I have come here for printing and laminating and had a great experience. When printing was messed up the staff made it right and did not charge me for the messed up products I created here. Have had package drop offs here and again good experience for me. Was able to get in and out quickly. Will use this location for future needs.

Dropped off a large, expensive item and I'm not sure it made it out of this office; it went missing almost immediately according to their tracking. The customer service line was completely frustrating I had to call multiple times, was given conflicting information on numerous occasions; was promised callbacks / emails on multiple occasions that never came. It took almost a month to finally get a confirmation that the claim would be paid. I will never voluntarily use FedEx again, and would certainly use UPS if I have anything of value to ship.

I had to sent overnight checks to BCBS for keeping our insurance coverage and used this location. The BCBS said they did not receive and delivery proof has signatory name who does not belong to recipient company. Delivery proof also prints no delivery location. I inquired back in this location and the lady asked to call 1800 with no further information. 1800 is totally automated and asked to file claim only. The store cant say why delivery location does not print on delivery proof and will not do anything to locate where the package is.I now even doubt if these guys ever put my papers in the packet before shipping.

I have been using this location exclusively for about three years to send document packages as a notary public. The staff is always polite and on point. They always acknowledge when customers walk in the door and take care of me promptly. I highly recommend this FedEx location.

I've seen some people complain about this place but for me personally they get the job done and they're nice and they're very helpful. Once in a while there's one who isn't helpful. In general they're not rude they usually willing to help and I appreciate it.

Retail is tough.... Retail during a pandemic; more so. THANK YOU to the staff of this store for holding it together. While I was picking up a package, one of their associates was getting an earful from a customer about the speed of service. The associate remained calm and polite, even though they were treated with disrespect. When I reached the front of the line (5-10 minutes) I was given my parcel quickly, and got on my way. I would say we are winning if package delivery timeline is our greatest worry. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

There's a more functional way to screen shipping packages than demand customers must tell you what's in a prepaid shipping box. Any other company or USPS ask if there are hazardous materials instead of what's in the box specifically. I visited today to ship a return package that had prepaid shipping. I expected it to go like any other shipping place... walk in, hand em' the package, take the receipt. Instead, the older woman -- who I assume was the manager because she referred to workers as her employees later in our convo -- asked me what was in the box. I paused as I was confused why'd she ask me that, and then I responded with "packaged goods" because I felt like it was a pretty invasive question. She asked again. I can't remember if I asked why she needed to know first and told her it was an invasive question that I'd never been asked before or stammered out shoes, but either way, she said no package came into or out of her store without knowing what it was and that if her employees weren't asking people she would speak to them. She did this with that overly saccharine voice that just tells you she could lose it at any minute and punch you in the face. I hope maybe she signs up for kickboxing or some hardcore zumba to work out that stress. Obviously I'll be avoiding this location just in case none of that takes.

For package handling and holding, many of the employees do not have a basic understanding of how their own systems work or how to effectively use processes that has been set up for them. They seemed confused and overwhelmed when a package of mine was directed to their location to be held for me to pick up. Print and straightforward mailing services used in the past have been adequate.
