Dave and Chris installed two printers in under an hour. Super impressed! They are both personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company and their employees. We have switched all of our printers over to Elite and it's been the best experience, from sales, to installation, to support. If you want to have reliable service and printers, this is your company!

Fantastic 5 star service for well over a decade! Prompt, reliable, and friendly service techs and sales reps. I manage a law firm with 3 copiers so I've seen them keep competitive rates and provide quality service consistently. Over all the years there was only one instance where I remember that a machine was down for more than a day and that was because new parts had to be shipped overnight and were delayed due to a storm.

We are a school that is dependent on the Kyocera copier we are leasing. The reason we chose Elite was the close proximity to our business. We have had the copier less than a year, in that time it has required service twice. Each time I have had to contend with their incompetent service department scheduler Brenda. The fist service call Brenda stated they would send someone the following week. Not the same day service the sales rep tells you to get your business. When I explained we needed service the same day she argumentative, eventually stating she would have someone come out same day, she would also call me back with details. Neither of those things happened. The following week someone came out was unable to fix the machine. They had to return a later date. Since that time the machine will display a error message that the toner they installed, is not the recommended toner. The back door constantly pops open creating a paper jam. Thus the reason for the second service call. Once again Brenda stated someone could come out next week. I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to get a manger. She was unprofessional, continued to speak over me. I continued to insist on speaking with a manager. I was put on hold only to be told the manager was "at lunch".We should not have to use duct tape to keep the doors on a new copier closed. Take your business elsewhere, we will be.

We have worked with this company for several years, and have been very satisfied. Today, I had a minor issue, and EIS reacted immediately-- sending a tech out at a moment's notice. Great customer service!
