Absolutely terrible service. Rude, unprofessional, I asked for a mani and pedi and they only gave me a pedi. When I asked what about my manicure they gave me an attitude as if it was my fault when I clearly specified what I wanted multiple times. One of the nail techs cut my nail and it started bleeding and she didn’t even bother to clean or sanitize it. Just left it bleeding like that. I should not have even paid. Take your business elsewhere. They won’t be getting a dime from me anymore. How are they still operating as a business is beyond me.

My favorite place to go! I don’t have one person to do nails and pedicure, they’re all great! I never have to wait long doing a walk in, all of the techs are friendly and professional.

The worst customer service you can get. Starting from the owner to employees. Me and all my cousins and friends we used to go there and we dropped them one after another because how rude they are plus they are over priced and will never take you on time even if you have made an appointment.

when i went in with an appointment and they left me there and told me to wait and even though they had someone do my pedicure and then left me there and never came to do my manicure

Every time I go here they do my nails too thick with the dip powder. My nails are currently bumpy and thick. Definitely let them know not to do it too thick.
