Absolutely LOVE Savannah!! There's no one else that I can put all of my faith in to keep my brows looking absolutely perfect. I get waxing and tinting and without her knowledge and expertise, my naturally light brows would still be a hot, unseeable mess! She's also the perfect conversationalist, you'll never be bored while getting work done and stays on top of the latest Benefit and other make-up trends so that I'm always in the loop and able to keep my brows looking amazing between appointments! 10/10!

Savannah is phenomenal! My brows always look great when I leave. I have been to a few different Ulta Benefit Brow Bars \\u0026 they’ve all done great, but Savannah really blows it away every time.

I wouldn't dare let anyone else besides Savannah touch my eyebrows. For being a blonde I'm always afraid of going too dark with tinting but Savannah took the time to find the exact tint and shape I wanted! I'm slowly growing out parts of my brows and she remembers every time I come in and lets me know my progress.

Savannah is the only one i trust to do my brow. She always makes my brows amazing she can do natural looking brows or even Instagram perfect brows she also sees the vision long term as well I’ve been going to her for years and she knows what areas need to grow out a little bit longer and she can make your brows look amazing accordingly as long as you keep going to her my brows look incredible getting a wax and tint was the best decision also cheaper than just getting the tint by its self ten of of ten

EVERY time I go shopping here , the wait in line is awful!! I wouldn't shop here at all except my teenage daughter likes the selection of makeup. Seriously, this afternoon, there were 10 people in line and only one employee at the register. Lots of other employees in the store, but not working at the register. Poor management and bad customer service. We shouldn't have to wait in line for 20-30 minutes on a Monday afternoon.

I'll start by saying I love Ulta. This is one of my least favorite locations. It's usually disorganized, dirty, and dark. Most of the single use applicators are empty and the samples have been heavily used. I expect there to be some degree of use of all of the samples but some of the ones at this store were straight up unhygienic. I suspect that if there were more people working the store and walking around to replenish the sponges, wands, spatulas, spoolies, etc. and to instruct people to use them and replenish the samples this would be less of an issue. The staff that was there was friendly and helpful. I'll stick to the Royal Oak or new Troy locations.

I have given up shopping at Ulta because of the rude clerks. This store, like most Ulta stores, requires their clerks to push their card. They want your phone number, for rewards, before they will complete your transaction. When I have declined and stated that I do not wish to have the Ulta card I am always met with a poor attitude. They push and push. When I ask if I can just make my purchase I have been met with remarks like "I can't with this today!" and had my purchase shoved at me. I don't need your rewards card because I won't be back.
