The Apple Store went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Evan was my sells associate and he did and outstanding job explaining differences between products and how to purchase at home for the items I wasn't ready to buy that day, needless to say we ended up walking out with a new phone and Apple Watch.

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max at Somerset Mall. Had to get it repaired three times, and despite the flawless condition with no visible damage, they claimed water damage was my fault. The phone is advertised as water-resistant, and I've never submerged it. Disappointing experience overall. Finally I called back and the customer care employee hung up on me.

Honestly, I wish I can leave zero stars after the experience I just had the Apple store in Somerset mall. Horrible service. I bought my phone a month ago from Apple direct and it obviously has a software issue. They tried several times to fix the issue and couldn't and would not do a warranty swap on my phone. It has absolutely no physical damage or water damage. Before they used to be very customer friendly and offer the best customer service. Used to give absolutely no hassle about any Apple product. They have completely lost that customer service portion of their company. They don't care about their customers anymore. AppleCare is BS. It's more like Apple don't care. Not to mention, I am a big Apple user my entire household is Apple products, so is my entire company my two offices.

I would suggest to all people to no longer buy Apple Products. I used to love this company. However their MacBook Pro computers are designed to fail. When they fail Apple does nothing to support you. They just try to sell you another. Horrible customer service for outdated technology. Avoid Apple Computers. Aloha!

Horrible communication among each other and with customers. Management is mediocre at best. They're just trying to get sales not even relaying relevant information when doing trade ins. You'd be better off waiting and ordering your phone from your actual carrier than through them.

Don’t go there if you need a service. They were flat out horrible to me. It is really sad to know how you will be treated when you ask for a service from a company you have spent so much money on their products. They couldn’t fix my computer. But I saw they helped someone with her phone and also the lady with long blonde hair is amazing. She was busy helping everybody. I was stuck with this guy who didn’t know anything and kept telling me my MacBook was old. I KNOW! That’s why I’m here. When I asked him to ask someone else to help me he brought another angry guy who kept yelling at me. I don’t know who raised these guys but they could have done a better job. They failed to teach them to respect people. I was planning to buy a new phone the week after “the service” but why would I spend $1,500 on a device that if suddenly stops working these guys will harass me and not help me. They should at least let people choose who they want to help them with a service. These very angry, rude and abusive guys took hours of my time and couldn’t do anything. At least I thought them some commands they immediately used to show off to other people. Horrific experience. The manager must be really challenged in training his staff. The short guy, with a beard was the man who harassed me. He brought his face very close to mine and kept yelling in my ear.

We came in to pick up the phone we brought in a week ago to get fixed and we're told to wait, we waited an hour and a half for nothing. No phone waste of time. Wasn't even in the building yet it said it was shipped.

This store is cool. Last time I visited & had kinda rude behavior by their associates. I had no complain as they were busy. But need some nurture on professional customer services. I love apple products. Recommendations is 100%

This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to. They treat you as if you are a criminal. I’ve spent thousand and thousand of dollars at this store and refuse to go there anymore because they treat you horribly. Just buy online or go to another store. I took my mother’s old keyboard in because the battery screw seized shut because of the bad design, metal on metal and I could not budge it loose and neither could they. They refused to replace it, and the store manager was extremely rude about it. Not my fault it was a poor design. They lost a well paying customer for life because of their bad attitude at this location.

Was looking forward to shopping at Apple Somerset on September 7th, till I was greeted by a young lady who was not very customer service orientated, and acted like I was bothering her, while she was standing at the door doing nothing. I proceeded to ask her if the 41mm leather link band in S/M was available in ink. She proceeded to tell me in a very un-professional way the store no longer carries the leather link bands due to people steeling the display bands. She did not ask me if I was looking for anything else or if she could place the order for the leather band online. I really did not expect this kind of customer service when I walked into Apple Somerset. Really not sure I want to return. Apple, please train your employees to be customer service oriented !!!

Just wanted to say that the worker with blondish hair working the Genius Bar on 8/27 for repairs is AMAZING. I forgot to get her name but I think it may be Sydney?She did a great job giving me options for my laptop. Like apple please give her a raise. She was fantastic and was working hard for literally everyone. Nothing but polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Great employee who deserves recognition.

Quite dissatisfied with their service and fidelity. I do not recommend to buy apple products if you are not ready to pay high amount for repairs in their low quality devices.

I've never even written a google review before, but my experience was so great I felt like I needed to! I was helped by Shayla at this Somerset Apple store and she was so helpful and nice. She understood my needs when it came to looking for a Mac as a college student and gave me the best options for what I was looking for. I definitely felt like we established a great customer/associate connection and she made the whole process super easy. Can't say enough good words! I left with a MacBook Air M2 and new earbuds and so far I am super happy with everything.
