My mother bought me a soundbar. And subwoofer from Samsung from the Walmart store in Traverse City. She bought it for me for my birthday which is June 20th. I received the gift when I got home from working out a state for 4 months and I opened the gift on July 14th. Well, when I hooked it up to the TV. It wouldn't work so I called Samsung customer service. They couldn't help me and then I put it up on Bluetooth and try to hook up right to the soundbar from my phone and it still didn't work so then I took it in to the store and let them know. Oh, that nothing.
Was working and they told me they couldn't replace it. My mom did look for the receipt for 3 days. And she could not find it so we did try to look all over the house. My mother did just recently moved and she thinks she lost in the move. I even showed the managers that I had been calling and texting with Samsung customer service. Trying to get this thing o work cause I just opened it. And they would not refund my money. They told me sorry, Charlie. I'm screwed and they won't do anything about it. Worst Walmart ever and furthermore they implied my mother stole it. Thier reasoning for this is they have not sold one in awhile. I shouldve called the police. I dont know where they get thoer idea of custo.er servoce from!!

Terrible service cashier was texting on his phone and very rude. Had to use bathroom before I left and there was piss all over the floor. Ki give this store a negative review
