In my opinion. I thought Tom was really helpful. As far as customer service, I was actually impressed. I switched from at&t and there was some issues with the system etc. It took about 3 hours start to finish...But Tom was on 2 work pads and a computer and talking to customer service. Still had some porting issues that had to be fixed. He took the time to help me fix it the next day. Honestly. If I had to be alone in a tiny verizon store watching traffic, I'd lose my mind. If you can be patient and understand we're all human beings at the end of the day. I'd give this location a chance.

Horrible customer service from Tom, it’s like he just wanted to get out as soon as possible. Never felt welcomed in the store, glad I don’t have to come back. Better customer service, would be kindly appreciated!!!

Caitlyn is a freakin rockstar! After spending hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get a phone activated and getting no where I was able to walk right in, and she solved everything! Can’t thank her enough, dealing with chums corner Verizon is like what you wish would happen when you called Verizon (actually getting real help from someone who listens). I will not go anywhere else for service in the future

Poorest Customer service experience ever. They don’t listen well. They don’t help you. They only care about selling and over-selling to you. They will sign you up for expensive services you never needed. Then, they will take 90 minutes to set you up. You nice the purchase is completed, any question you have will be answered with, “We can’t do anything about that.” Do yourself a favor and never step foot in this store.
