Hard to find at first. There is no Office. Everything is done through Email. My only concern is that there's not enough security. I didn't see one camera. I helped a friend remove her items as she no longer needed the storage unit. Better protocol should have been implemented. Thank God all of her belongings were as she left them.

I had to call several times just to reach someone. When I finally did they went to send me the email to start getting my reservation into a “bought” unit and then when I asked them to wait until I got the email before they hung up they in a hurry said “I gotta go I have some other things” and then quickly hung up. And then couple hours later still didn’t receive the email so I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I really think y’all need to list your hours on google. And include the “hour long lunch” I’ve been told you guys take after 12 thanks have a nice day.

What do you call a storage unit hidden in a totally invisible part of town with NO security gate and NO security cameras? Answer: a great place to get all your stuff stolen within weeks of moving in! And the best part is their answer to this crime was "it is what it is...." DO NOT USE EVER.

Great place to store your stuff! Employees were kind and the space was clean. They even offer a military discount.
