I had bought a new pair of shoes on clearance that were hurting my feet at my job- I explained the general shape of my feet and the use of the shoes (active wear) and Travis had four choices before I knew it. All were good upgrades from what I had, but he went further- paying close attention to detail like the angle of my toes. Very professional- and highly recommend.5/5 Choices5/5 Service

I absolutely love this store. The staff is very experienced and take the time to make sure you walk out with the perfect shoe for you. My oldest son has flat, wide feet and constantly struggles with finding a shoe that fits appropriately and is comfortable for a 12hr shift. The sales associate fit him with the perfect shoe. She was very knowledgeable when it came to foot issues such as flat feet, bunions, and hammer toe. She made sure to show him the shoes that were best for his condition. She also fit my husband and I with the perfect shoes while my 3yr old bombarded her with questions and my 1yr old was screaming. She never rushed us and never got flustered. She even got us a discount and found me a pair of my favorite shoes on clearance.

Extremely satisfied! I purchased a pair of tennis shoes for work, (I'm on my feet 10+ hours a day and needed new shoes) so I went to Tradehome and purchased a pair. After a few days of work my feet were still sore, so I took the shoes back and Joe Wray gave me another pair to try, He said "If they don't work bring them back and we will get you another pair". At Tradehome they are only concerned about getting you in the right shoes! I loved how knowledgeable they are! I will be back for Birkenstocks soon!

I went in yesterday to pick out new work shoes. I expected it to be a 20 minute chore, in and out and hope the shoes work out for me. What I walked into was the most incredible shoe buying experience I've ever had. Matthew is an incredible salesman. That young man knows more about shoes than anyone I've ever met. He helped me find something that will be great for being on my feet all day, added something to support my arches that I didn't even know I needed, and was the single most friendly and positive person I've met in a long time. My quick 20 minute trip turned into about an hour of talking and joking and walking out with the perfect shoes. I fully expect that Matthew is going to be running that store in a few years, he has the skills to go far. He deserves a raise or at least a free lunch for his amazing, above and beyond customer service skills.

I took my daughter to buy a pair of tennis shoes at TradeHome Shoes today and I have to say that Matthew was the most impressive salesman I have met in years. He knew detailed information about the various brands and went the extra mile to understand how my daughter would use her shoes and under what conditions. He then made certain that she was comfortable with the fit, design and style. Matthew was so impressive that even though I had no plan to buy any shoes for myself, I decided to do so because it is so very rare to find someone like Matthew who takes so much pride in doing his job so very well. I hope TradeHome realizes what a great employee they have in Matthew!

None of the staff wear masks. They don't enforce capacity standards, no plexiglass at the register which is REQUIRED. These aren't suggestions, they're law for businesses. They can and absolutely should be heavily fined for this. I have no idea how they get away with it or even remotely justify it. I won't be back there as they can't even be bothered to do even the most basic of safety standards. Absolutely ridiculous.

Needed some work shoes since I'm a bagger and on my feet all day.so my mom told me to go to Trade home shoes in Grand Traverse Mall so I did the guy helping me was great. great customer service he measured my feet and went back to get me few pairs to try on. tried a few on and found a pair I like called Hoka one one also great veriety in shoes. definally will be going back
