Miserable place. Security gate which is wide open, not fixed for months. Homeless people living in some of the storage units. The woman that works there, Michelle, is not competent and will overbill you. She is very hostile as well. Plenty of other places to choose from, use any of them but this one

Never gets plowed or salted, security gate hasn’t worked in over a year, not well lit, you won’t ever make it to the top of the “wait list” buttttt does offer inside units and are reasonably priced.

Super helpful staff, very clean facility. Units are ploughed, shoveled and salted on a regular basis. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best business in TC! I've used several storage units since we relocated to the area and settled in. Had a HORRIBLE experience with Security Storage, and then i found Storage Attic. Tom was very accommodating, friendly, professional, and always top notch. The price is reasonable, always clean and I love the climate control. Even in the snow it was a breeze to get in and out. I could go on and on about how awesome Storage Attic is. They do business like a friendly neighbor you've known and trusted for years.
