Storage space itself was nice. However the gate was broken multiple times for an extended period of time while we were using the unit. They also raised the price $25 with no notice of their rates going up. Staff was helpful when we did need them

I've been trying to make a payment for weeks. They never answer the phone and wait days or weeks to call back when I leave a message. Then I owe more because I could not get through any person or device to pay them. The last few weeks, the kiosk has been freezing up when I try to pay. They added $100 to my bill without notice to "remove it from the auction list".
Every time I go to the office, it's dark, locked and no one is there to answer the door. I've tried to pay the day my bill is due, but the self-pay kiosk said I had a $0 balance, then the next day I was charged a $20 late fee. I have family heirlooms in that unit that I am probably losing because I have no way to actually submit the payment I have.
The gates never work, the new app they make you use is always rejecting my log in info, payment info, and gate code. So when I have a $0 balance I still have no access to my own belongings, then they dodge communication until they've tacked on so many mysterious "fees and charges" that I can't afford to even move my stuff out.

I was renting a 5x10 unit and just upgraded to a 10x10. I left a voicemail with information and asked for someone to call me back when they could. Less than 5 minutes later I received a call from a super helpful who explained pricing and options available to me, and let me hang up while she completed the unit transfer for me using my credit card and information already on file! It was so easy and fast I couldn’t believe it!

Very nice folks to work with and easy. Rented my unit from March-November and my items were still in good shape and the unit itself had no leaks or issues. Will use again if needing a unit!

A couple of things - they no longer have anyone on-site. They are responsive over the phone, and they keep the gate maintained. My experience was they they got us in at one rate, but then raised it arbitrarily. You can get a climate controlled space elsewhere for less than a standard space here.
