The salesperson was very helpful in selecting a shoe to fit my needs. I love that there’s a 60-day return policy as I never know if a walking/running shoe is going to work for me until I actually walk 30-60 minutes in them.

We had a great experience outfitting my 12 year old for track and field season. We were in and out in 15 minutes with scans and 2 great options immediately. This was a huge change from our usual experience shoe shopping over several brands, styles, and stores before settling on something. We will definitely be back!

All the sales associates at the S. Airport, Traverse City location are great! They have such high expectations for their customer service, and it shows. I’ve gone here multiple times to buy shoes, and have encouraged everyone I know to do the same. It’s simply because the staff at this location are a cut above the rest!

This store is the best ever. The minute we walked in we felt that they wanted to help us. They did a FREE scan and then went about finding me my shoe. Not only did they listen to me, they really listened. We weren’t in total agreement on the best shoe. But we kept at it until it was decided. The only thing I regret is not getting my salesman’s name. However both guys were great and made us feel so welcome. Time wasn’t important either which I liked. I was treated as I was the only person in the world. My new shoe store for sure. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

South Airport Rd Traverse City, MI - Corey welcomed me to the store and immediately asked me what he could do to help. He quickly offered the feet scans that are free of charge! He went through the scans with me and explained the findings in great detail. He then used that info to help me try on different shoes and inserts. I purchased the inserts to start and will be back to purchase shoes in the near future. Thank you Mark and Corey!
