“Although Brian Wells could not fix our problem with multiple internet billing charges, he explained in great detail how we got into this mess (Manistee Authorized dealer is not working for AT&T but a private owner so profit and up charging is their MO). He gave us the number for AT&T loyalty dept to work with us to get the recent charges assessed by the AT&T customer service - which also is looking to make as much money selling and not fixing customer problems with internet. We called customer service because we already had issues trusting the Manistee store, but we no longer trust customer service since much of that is outsourced with incentives to sell over customer satisfaction.
Brian’s honesty was so appreciated and he really cares about happy customers over profit for AT&T.”
“In my opinion. I thought Tom was really helpful. As far as customer service, I was actually impressed. I switched from at&t and there was some issues with the system etc. It took about 3 hours start to finish...But Tom was on 2 work pads and a computer and talking to customer service. Still had some porting issues that had to be fixed. He took the time to help me fix it the next day. Honestly. If I had to be alone in a tiny verizon store watching traffic, I'd lose my mind. If you can be patient and understand we're all human beings at the end of the day. I'd give this location a chance.”
