Self checkouts always mess up and system is very sluggish. Watching cashiers leave their register to help self checkout customer while the current customer stands there and wonders what just happened to their cashier. Long lines and never enough cashiers to accommodate customers. Spent a half hour shopping then got to the checkout and after seeing long lines moving very slowly decided to leave the whole cart full of food sitting there and went to meijers. Saving on labor just cost you a customer and I'm sure there will be more to follow. Also for a low income area family fare has the highest prices on everything just like toms food markets does. It's all about skimping on labor and charging the highest prices in order to boost profits!

Your gas station at chums corners needs to hire some employees that want to do their freaking job. Every single freaking time I go there to get fuel the pumps are out of paper. The work ethic of your employees is a reflection of the management.

I stopped in on my commute home because I had forgotten to stop while in town. The prices were unexpected for such a dank (old, dirty, tired look/feel) spot. I paid $8 for a 5lb bag of flour that is $5=6 everywhere else. I did not buy anything else..
The store is in a convenient location and easy to get in and out. Self check out allowed me to get out quickly.

The cashier was quite rude. Did not speak to my wife, myself, the customer before us or the customer behind us.
The store itself was clean and had a great selection.

I usually walk in there with a sunny disposition each week to go about my shopping and possible lunch. I can't help but feel a good handful of workers over there are always having an attitude. Tried seeking out the manager there once and it never solved any of the issue. In fact I still get scolded at with dirty looks and overall passive aggressive attitude. Just wish management over there would take some of the matters more seriously.
