Poorly managed customer was very rude ? management did nothing bottle machine poor I was treated unfairly by customer and management will never go back Meijer has my business now

Like the products in the deli and person in deli very helpful. The cake decorator in bakery is very good. Will be back for bd cake later. Self checkout is very convenient. But some of the staff needs customer relations training.

My grandfather had a medication order sent over a week ago. When we went to pick it up we were informed that the pharmacy could not fill the order because it was out of stock or back ordered. Now It's the holiday weekend and he has to be in pain. You couldn't pick up the phone and at least tell him you could not fill it? Lazy.

I was disappointed in the meat selection. The one pound ground beef was completely gone from the refrigerated case. The only available was 3 pound logs in relatively fatty percentages. I'm probably spoiled by our large Hy Vee stores in the Kansas City area. Much greater selection. Family Fare in TC reminded me of the grocery store in the 3,000 person town in rural Kansas where my in-laws live.

The pharmacy is the best they take such good care of me they always make sure I have all my medicine filled and if I need anything all I have to do is call and they will answer my questions
