Trailered my boat up to Traverse City from 8/2-8/11. First time using deluxe self storage and loved it. Impressive property.. 68 upgraded cameras positioned every angle you could imagine for very safe security. As you drive through, motion sensor lights turn on at night. I will be using Deluxe Self Storage again the next time I bring my boat up. The owner is responsive and really nice and genuine to talk to. Awesome experience!

Nice open layout for big trucks make sit easy to load and unload. The location has good security and excellent drainage to protect your belongings.
Customer service is outstanding, the owner Brian is easy to get a hold of and there to help if you need it. If you need storage thats easy to access and safe to store this is a perfect spot.

First rate facility. Brian is a class operator and was a pleasure to deal with for two years while we stored household items before our new home could be occupied. Everything worked well; clean, secure , dry, etc. Many other rentals available in the area but none any better than this place, plus Brian is pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend

I just want to say thank you to Brian. He has built and maintained a great storage facility to store our items. On top of that, he worked with me and my wife when we had some life circumstances not go our way. I’m a big fan, and I will use his business again and again for my storage needs.

I really liked the speed of registration, no hidden surcharges (such as hidden insurance), even a gate lock can be bought on the spot and cheaper than at Walmart). Frankly, I was surprised by the simple design and high quality of the service. I recommend!

If you need clean very safe storage this is the place to go the owner is awesome to deal with and very understanding if u are going to be acouple days late as long as u let him know.... If I ever need a storage unit again this is where I'll be going. Thank you sir

This business is great. Prompt communication by Brian on all matters, and very user friendly online payment system. Facilities are very clean. The roller door and latch functioned much smoother than other self storage places I have used in the past.

ZERO STARS. The key to the lock I bought FROM the owner snapped off. Now we can’t get in (with a loaded truck in the rain) and he won’t come in OR allow us to cut the lock ourselves. I realize it’s a Sunday. I realize people have lives and families… but this guy has ZERO customer service or understanding that we have lives and families too. His resolution is to cut the lock tomorrow and give us the boot. I would NEVER recommend this place… unless you want your stuff held hostage.

I have rented many self storage units over the last 20-30 years and this was the best experience I have ever had. When I first called he did not have any availability but told me he would put me on a list and that one should become available by the date I needed it. I have been put on many list (including that one ;) ) for many reasons but it seems it is just something people like to say as I have never got a call back from any of them. This time was different. I got a call a week or so earlier than I needed the space that he had a couple units available. I wanted a smaller unit but decided on the larger unit because there was no big increase in price. The bigger the better? Right? Man, I am so glad I went with the larger unit as I used the majority of the space! My experience was his business is very professional and the customer service is exceptional. The price was great as well! If you have a need for a storage unit, I highly recommend Deluxe Self Storage as I am sure you will not be disappointed.
