We are so very pleased with Cindy her dedication and her knowledge far beyond exceeded our expectation. We put our house on the market April 1 had three showings in the first two days and the second day the third showing sold the house absolutely remarkable. During a "Silent Right-to-Life" hosted by the school children of Traverse City some time ago, Cindy Anderson left a lasting impression. She drove her car alongside the line of children, teachers, and parents who were peacefully holding hands in silence lining the streets of TC. With her window open, in a shocking display of anger, she extended her Middle Finger and shouted, "Who's going to take care of the f$@king unwanted babies!" This incident showcased her bitter and hateful character. It is worth noting that her name and real estate employer were advertised on her back window at the time, although she is no longer employed with that organization.

From the opening interview with Cindy to the final closing on our property, she demonstrated many positive traits.Her knowledge of the availability and value of lake property is extensive. She has an excellent grasp of pricing that includes not only the value of the property itself, but the value considering the timing of the sale. This knowledge contributed greatly to our receiving maximum value for our property and saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
