Had a problem with finding parts called several places that gave absolutely no satisfaction told myself I was never buying King Kutter again until I got connected with a young man in your small engine department his name was Bruce search out the number for the manufacturer direct and called me right back. Peter is the worst manager a company could have. Tells employees they aren’t worth what they are paid, offers raises and then refuses to keep his word. Will never visit that store again. No wonder they can’t keep any employees. I’d give no stars if it were possible.

Great family-friendly store. Solid service and reasonable prices. Of course, nothing is perfect, but with the bar set so low in today's world, blains is a breath of fresh air, so to speak!

Friendly people. One of the bigger Blaine's I've been to. Fishing department was very well stocked with the lures that youd need for the area.

Had a problem with small part for a tractor. Not expecting to find the part, was prepared to fabricate. Found someone that understood and we both went to work on problem solving. A few supplies from plumbing, and welding, and off I went with my new plan. Thanks!!

They are very slow and you cannot get anyone to wait on you. This service e was much better before the store was torn down and rebuilt. Really sucks now.
