The store manager Lauren Norris went over and above the call of duty to assist when my classic jag broke down near her store. She found a repair shop near by that could do the work and contact a tow truck to help me.

Great experience. I believe the managers name was Lauren and she was super friendly and helpful. She got me what I needed and helped me take my purchases to my car. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thanks Lauren!

I have to say this is the worst autozone I’ve ever been to Lauren was extremely rude. She was swearing even when an employee told her I was in the store I will never be coming here again.

Unfortunately, the guy behind the counter was useless, he didn't know how to check a fuse. I said my brake lights are out can you check them, he said no. So one of the woman tried to find the correct tester but it was wrong, then another lady came out to help her and said that's the wrong tester, so they got one off the shelf. It worked but when she went under the hood couldn't tell which fuse so she pulled one out, tested it, it was fine, then put it in backwards, had to tell her, then she looked at the back of my car where the bulbs are and said she couldn't check to see if they were out because it had screws. She suggested i go to jLube a couple blocks away, i did, they were wonderful. Jlube changed the bulbs in 10 minutes.

It’s the little things. Wife had a battery that was going bad in her Exployer. Sarah greeted me with a smile, found the problem and replaced the battery before my car got cold. Wonderful service, great people. Thanks Auto Zone, have a great holiday.

Jeremy P is the man. Alternator went out on my 09 duramax while towing a 20k trailer. Jeremy did everything he could to get me back on the road. Lent me tools and his knowledge. Great store and great dude

Walked in yesterday to get a quote on brake parts. I've never seen three employees try so hard to do nothing. After watching the counter person get absolutely no where for 10 minutes trying to quote price and availability on pads/rotors, I left and went to Thirlby's. Was in and out in a few minutes with everything I needed to replace my brakes.
