Absolutely Livid. Horrible Experience.
I Can Understand Dayc1 You Forgot Your License. Come Back, We Have To Reschedule. But Day 2, Very Next Day After I Called On The Phone & Spoke With The Employee Who Then Went & Confirmed With You. "Samantha" And You Told Her That My Temporary Driver's License Will Be Fine. Now I'm Here In Person And You Go Against Your Own Knowledge & Words To Deny Me Again. Highly Devastated. Worst Experience Ever, Horrible Customer Service and Experience. Zero Accountability On Her Part.

This post office is HORRIBLE, and so is my carrier. Things get mis-delivered and sent to the wrong address ALL THE TIME. I'm now missing an item that they said they delivered but I DID NOT RECEIVE. Postmaster was AWFUL, RUDE AND DID NOT CARE. She said item was delivered and there's nothing I can do. What RECOURSE DO CUSTOMERS HAVE when the carrier loses someone's property, LIES or STEALS?? Absolutely unacceptable, TERRIBLE service, ZERO STARS.

Stopped the postal driver on the way to the post office to pick up a certified letter that stated attempted to deliver but did not because we were home. Said it wasn't him. The woman at the post office to me he's new and doesn't know what street he is on. That's real encouraging delivering the mail.

There is NO ABILITY to just call a local USPS office to just ask if they offer fax services. The phone menu has NO OPTION to just speak to a human/customer service rep. Instead it is a giant number menu with numbering submenus upon submenus, none of them relevant to that inquiry, and none of them just directing to a customer service rep. This is in addition to a super sensitive microphone that picks up every pen tap or inhale, and asks “It sounds like you said —, is that correct?” and when you reply “no”, it apologizes and starts at the beginning of it’s very long rambling explanation of the numbering menu.

I've never had a problem with our post office, but this review is actually super specific.My 6 year old had a standard 6 year old's understanding and expectations regarding the post office and Santa.In response, Tecumseh's post office went above and beyond the call of duty and helped make this Christmas extra special.Well done.

Terrible experience with this place. They keep sending my mail to another address same as mine for example both addresses are 2269 whatever street. I’m getting calls on late credit card payments and paying late fees. Complained 3 times already and nothing done. What a joke.

I’ve had good experiences with the Tecumseh Post Office. They are friendly, professional, and really helpful when I need to send an odd size package. I always thank them for making my life easier.

My mail carrier lied about attempting to deliver a package... I watched them drop mail in my box and then drive away. They didn't even try! Now they are holding my package hostage because of 2 failed attempted deliveries. The first is legit, the 2nd attempt never happened and the carrier lied. I'm not happy with them.

They lost multiple packages I sent that were placed in the big mail bins outside. As an online seller this put me in a bad position and I had to take a loss on both items. I'd avoid this terrible post office if you can.

The Tecumseh, Michigan post office staff is great! Incredibly friendly, helpful, and over the top in going the extra mile. Highly recommended super service establishment.
