Paid for the ultimate- hit the button and the buttons weren’t matched right, entered and it never told me when to stop- backed in and out & it never even started. Backed up to the machine and pressed the help button- no answer. Then BACKING THE ENTIRE WAY OUR AROUND THE CURVE was atrocious since I couldn’t get out by going through the car wash itself. Never again & the place been shut down.

I do recommend this car wash, BUT I will say y’all gotta do a better job at cleaning the car’s. I went today about an hour ago went to my destination and looked at my car I have salt streaks on the back of my car and driver side my driver side window still dirty and YES I already know if they don’t get it clean the first time I get a free wash. Well I don’t really want to, I normally only come here in the summer. And go to the ALL Women’s car wash on Wayne rd and cherry hill rd in the winter..

I went thru the car wash recently I’m from out of town for work drove all night wanted to get my car which is a 2020 Chevy trax. After I went thru the wash I fixed my mirrors and noticed my hood was scratched all to hell. I know for a fact that those scratches were NOT THERE the day before. Needless to say they didn’t take the blame for what their wash did to my 2020 Chevy trax. I have told all my friends and their friends not to go there due to the unprofessionalism to fix the problem they have caused

Worst car wash ever. Slow water drizzle, high pressure water spray, slow water drizzle, dry. There was no soap and the lower sprayers for the sides of the car didn’t even work. All body panels below the windows are still covered in dirt. This was a $6 deluxe wash. Could have done a better job with a garden hose.

They blower tore the side of my BMW off and they feel they don't have to pay for what they damaged. my car have to rust no dents no body damage until I got there.

Been going here for the last 4 months to clean my 2020 F150. Always comes out clean and no damage. Vacuum area is large and equipped with a great system. Recently signed up for the monthly package. Great car wash.
