Upon arrival hostess was very inviting and friendly, we were seated quickly and kindly.
Our waiter Pio was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of items on the menu. We will be coming back, my son and I had a wonderful experience.

So second time there decided to give it a second chance...nope. No change Not impressed, staff was rude, short and unhelpful. Watch the register prices on shelf we're not the prices at the register. Feel like asking for a refund on my membership what a joke I'm going back to Sam's

We love the deli, the prices are the best in town for the deli meat and cheese. Less than six dollars a pound for white American cheese and ham, turkey, and all the lunchmeat we need. The welsley brand is great. And my husband loves that we can get him a very big box of Cheez-Its, lol

Worst customer service. No-one answers the phone and you keep getting sent back to the main menu and have to press 9 for customer service. It just rings and rings. If you get thrust, they put you on hold with obnoxiously loud hold music, and then the cycle starts all over.

Went today for several items with coupons and gas credits. Nothing was in stock. False ads to bring you in to buy what you didn't come for. Won't renew membership.

Very clean, organized, well stocked, well lit, excellent varieties, house brands are superb, check out fast & efficient, associates all outstanding! Beats Costco & Sam's by far in my opinion.

Good prices. I love that even though the parking lot is always packed, checking out is a breeze. Unlike at Sam's and Costco, you don't have to stand in line for a long time.

Clean, well stocked and all employees are friendly and helpful. The bottle return isn't always available and it breaks down a lot. When that happens you are given the option of counting your bottles at the customer service desk for your refund.

Overall, I prefer BJ's to Sam's Club and we ultimately left Sam's Club and joined here. However, I'm getting really REALLY fed up with being sold nearly expired bulk food items. This happens every time we order a pickup order and essentially get screwed having to drive back and return the items. My husband just brought home a chocolate milk pickup order that expires in ten days. 18 boxes of chocolate milks. C'mon. This is very poor customer service.
