WARNING. Avoid Chase Bank in Swartz Creek. Live next to this branch. Went inside to pay rent. This location has drive thru lanes but, NONE available - NONE can be used? Inside, the so called employee acted as if I interrupted them? I asked to pay rent - they said we do NOT deal with cash??? This bank does NOT accept nor dispense cash??? I was rudely told to go to another bank OUT OF TOWN. What is the point or reason to have a physical branch building that does NOTHING???? HOW in today's world can a bank NOT accept cash???

No drive-thru’s open and they could not deposit CASH into my account because they “can’t do that here”. Why are you even open? Not to mention that when I walked in, I felt like I was interrupting their day.

Not this branch specifically but chase in general has turned into an absolute joke. All the customer service has gone over seas and is just as bad as Comcast customer service. Been trying to get a debit card replaced for over a week and still nothing. It seems after 13 years banking with them I’ll be going elsewhere.

This branch is useless. They don’t give cash. What is the point of the tellers? The inside atm wasn’t working. Self serve is going to be the downfall of these businesses.

This branch is completely useless and should be closed. They are cashless except the use of the atm outside. What’s the point of having tellers inside if they won’t dispense cash?!

Called and spoke to who I believe was the branch manager, Debra or Deborah. She was completely rude after I asked her a simple question. She said she couldn't answer my question and hung up on me after speaking for about 5 seconds. Chase is a well known institution and she did not represent their brand well at all.

Spoke to the branch manager, whom I believe was Deborah. She was completely rude and unprofessional. After speaking to her for 5 seconds, she asked if I had any further questions and when I said I didn't, she hung up the phone. Who does that?

The only ones who knew my flight information other than my sister Pam. My daughters didn't even know but a lot of familar faces on flight that's why I switched and it's the only place around Swartz Creek with hardly any vehicles sort of odd wouldn't you say even the us post offices has more vehicles but yet I recognize more faces at Chase in all three states than any where else non else had any personal information because I always paid cash this nobody else had my ss number other than my brother Dale my cousin Ralph but chase is the only ones with my flight information and they have protected it for a reason no vehicles the flight back they were the ones but Pam and the airlines
