Michael Brorson was very unprofessional.1. One of the reviewer "S" wrote " Mike Brorson was very unprofessional towards my husband".2. He was very unprofessional towards me as well. He acts/behave/talk as if he is an agent for the buyer instead of an agent for the seller, which was me. He stated my house is not worth $........... because I did not do proper maintenance of the property. How can a seller's agent say something like this uneducated comment?3. On the day of closing he showed up with short sleeve shirt and short pants. How unprofessional outfit! Golfing is more important than serving the client.4. Bad experience. A nightmare.

Mike Brorson was very unprofessional and rude towards my husband. He sent my husband violent threats, while drunk, via text and phone calls all because my husband went with a realtor other than Mike.

We used ReMax twice to sell 2 homes within 6 months of each other. Both times we used the same realtor. He was only interested in selling to HIS clients so he could get the full commission instead of splitting it. Both times we felt he was working for the other party rather than to help us sell our home. When we tried to end our contract with him after the 2nd home, he got very nasty with us. There are plenty of other realtors in Sturgis - avoid this place !
