FUN GAME BURNING MY GAS This location likes to play a game where I call to ask the bottle return hours they tell me 6am-10pm but when I show up it's "temporarily closed" which she could have told me over the phone in the first place. I then called a supervisor the next day to see if he could fix the communication issues between his staff and is the bottle room open which he says yes and apologized. Show up the next day and guess what you guessed it closed again at 9pm I call the nightshift supervisor which she tells me oh it's a third party answering agency they really don't know our hours and they close it at 9! 2 empty trips to return bottles I BOUGHT AT YOUR STORE because of supervisor communication is unacceptable. Maybe if the night shift staff wasn't watching me sweat to bag my own groceries I buy they could answer their own calls instead of leading customers in a runaround. If your into bad service this is the store for you!

Would be a great place to open a grocery Store. Most under stocked Meijer store I've ever been in.

Nice, very clean, well lighted store with big aisles and a decent selection of food. They have organic as well as regular produce which is always a plus. I always enjoyed looking at their cake section, of their various in-store designs. They also have a garden section which is important for the area, since there is no greenhouse in town. I subtracted a point for the way they treat their greeters. One man who I always chatted with almost passed out one day, due to all the toxic sanitizing chemicals they required him to spray on all the shopping carts. As someone with inhalant chemical sensitivities, and asthma in the past, I worried about his health and ability to breathe, especially due to all the spraying while required to also wear a mask.

Meijers bakery is awesome. The best in Sturgis.

If you do not want to be talked to like you have no idea what you are talking about. Don't come here. Asked if they had anymore of a certain item that is on sale. Tharp tell me they don't carry that here. Yet it clearly states on the sales tag displayed in store that they do. So bold face lie from a department manager. This is not the first time. But it is last for me.

Great locally roasted coffee & espresso; crafted beautifully ; the roasts leave flavor to wow you. So much better than Starbucks which overwhelms with fines ; Great Lakes impresses with pure quality & paying attention to roasting just right. Best coffee I've had.

Great new store! Compared to Walmart's brands and prices, Meijer seems to have better quality at the expense of the price of the items, but that's understandable. I love the greeters at the door, always lovely and very nice! It's a very clean and neat store.

Brand new store! Everything is clean and well organized. Great selection of fresh produce. The store is huge, but it is well laid out (a map is available). In addition to having great prices, I liked the fact that I was able to find several hard-to-find items that I had been looking for. These included a floating thermometer to measure the lake temperature (found in the "seasonal" section) and a new type of low calorie soft drink I like that uses the natural sweetener Stevia instead of Aspartame. I have only scratched the surface of what is available in store but it's a great resource to have and will simplify my shopping trips by having everything in one place.
