My truck NEEDS the interior detailed bad! Its I found Master FIt off Google. Tried calling to get a quote for 2 days and no answer. Then on website I saw pricing and and option to book appointments online. So I made an appointment. Drove 30m to them just for them to tell me they don't do public details anymore. That they mainly focus on Selling cars now and they didn't get any online appointment.....sooo why does your website say different??? ? ?

Bought a vehicle and owner waited almost a month to turn in paperwork to SoS so we had to go get our own title and license plate. Owner repeatedly verbally harassed us. Very much do not recommend.

Had a noon appointment was left hanging was told car had new parts when in fact it did not very disappointed. Do not recommend this business ?

Wanted to wait a few weeks before posting a review to make sure the car we bought didn't have any issues. It has been great.Drove down from Battle Creek to look at a car for my daughter. Was a little apprehensive based on some of the other reviews but remained open minded. Andrew was great to deal with. Took the car on test drive and stopped in the Auto Zone down the road. Both employees in there spoke very highly of him. He ended up making us a very good deal and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I told this guy I was driving there from kalamazoo told him about a specific vehicle and as I'm literally pulling I to the place He is selling the vehicle I told him I 100% wanted to buy. Dis respectful I don't recommend this clown to anyone

I bought a 2005 Ford Escape from Anrew and when I had it looked over by my mechanic, they showed me these photos and said it was not safe to drive. I went to pick it up from the shop, and it had to hammer on the solenoid to get the car started, and then I couldn't get it out of park. Had to have the mechanic manipulate the mechanism on the shifter console. I tried reaching out to Andrew for help, a resolution for the next 11 days without a call back or response to my text messages. I drove to Sturgis to talk to Andrew and it was clear he had seen and heard my messages, but had no intentions of rectifying his blatant dishonesty. I would have no problem if this had been a mechanical issue, but this is NOT FIXABLE. I asked about a trade and he refused. Which tells me he didn't want it back. I would have given this zero stars if possible or negative. In my opinion, he's about as shady as they come. Yes I understand I was buying as is, at a used car lot, but shouldn't they be SAFE??? He asked me how long I expected it to last. Seriously? More than the hour or so it was on the road before I had to park it. All I can do is part it out at this point. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND this business or Andrew Hamilton. He knows exactly what he's selling, as proven by the fact he won't return calls.

There prices are high for the cars they sell like some of them are 220,000 miles and want $6,000 or more for them not good.

I bought a 2011 chevy traverse from this business, and was told if it had any problems they'd cover it, the vehicle never made it home from their shop, and now they will not respond to my calls or messages, I am now in conversation with the B.B.B

Absolutely do not ever even consider buying a vehicle off this man. Went there today to check out some vehicles. I understand it is a used car dealer, however you should at least fix vehicles to driveable condition before trying to sell them to people. I test drove two vehicles. Both literally were on the brink of transmission failure. One could hardly shift and the other had a surging idle. Check engine lights on, one with a coolant leak, they made sure both vehicles barely had any gas so that you couldn’t take it on a very long test drive and see everything wrong with it ?. Plenty more issues also with the vehicles I don’t even have time to name. They were literally a massive hazard. Went inside and we asked him about the issues… he acted like he had no clue what could be going on with them. Do not buy off him unless you want to throw money in the trash.

Bought a jeep and spent 3000 dollars. And a couple months later have barely been able to drive it. Probably have over a thousand dollars in parts due to the constantly breaking down such as the rear end going out, transmission issues, various things under the hood going out. Do not buy from here
