“Life savers! So, Frohriep did not work on my car because they don't do the sort of thing I needed. HOWEVER, they did bail me out of a very stressful situation. My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! As I said, they don't do that sort of work, as they are a body shop. BUT, they hooked me up with TUFFY and Tuffy was able to get me in right away (thanks Dusty and James). The female owner (Michele) called to check on rental cars and drove me to Enterprise and waited while I secured a rental! Mike insisted on driving my poor car to Tuffy himself. Frohriep did all of this knowing they wouldn't make a dime off of me! They are GOOD PEOPLE who care about others in the community. They were a godsend to me that awful day. I will definitely use them if I ever need body work.”

“The previous reviewers seem to be poopers. Don't listen to them! This place is efficient, friendly, inviting, and thorough. I think my visit took maybe 15-20 mins max. You follow the path and make some stops at checkpoints to get your info and make this smooth. Once checked in, they instruct you to stay in your car as you drive over the pit. I have never been to a place that does this! I always have to get out and wait. As the techs are working, we all noticed that people in the shop and customers had some sort of bears gear on. We all laughed as we drove off. Shane made this a painless experience! $75 for synthetic when I usually go to jiffy for $95. Go to 512!”

“Great costumer service! I broke down last Thursday evening and gave Chuck a call and he got me right in Friday morning and had me back on the road that afternoon. Extremely fair on his prices especially with having to put me ahead of other ppl that way I could get back home to Arkansas! Gave me a truck to use during the day to explore the town and sent me to the BEST breakfast place I’ve ever ate at! I will definitely be using him and his crew again if I ever have troubles that way.
