Absolutely horrible they are very mean and rude
They have a guy there doing nails and pedicures. He does not know what he was doing. He made my feet bleed for an hour as a pedicure was going. They have him doing nails. He can’t even do them. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. I sat in there from 6 o’clock till way past closing time, and I don’t even have what I wanted on my nails and my toes are bleeding. I still paid for the service because I usually always go there and never have a problem. I figured I’ll just call in the morning the next day and that’s exactly what I did. The lady was giving me a hard time. Wasn’t trying to help me at all. I spoke with the owner just bad bad bad bad bad don’t waste your money on this. I will never go back again and I was a very good customer. I was going there for six years straight and they couldn’t even have the understanding to help me or to redo my nails. and didn’t even care where their employee made my toes bleed

Kim did my nails, I called at 730 to see if they could do a full set and a pedicure which to my surprise. They said okay to both, however, when I got there. I felt bad because I knew they closed at 8 o'clock. So I only want to head with the full set. Kim did my nails so fast, So good, so nice, I was so appreciative. I literally work across the street at the bakery, So I am so happy to have found such a skilled nail tech so close to me. I'll be back in 2 weeks for a fill! Thank you Kim!

I always come here to get my eyebrows done and I've always paid $10. You can only pay in cash if it's under a certain amount . This time I come and I get my eyebrows waxed and they say it's $12 so naturally, I only bring $10 to pay for the service. I can use card and they say no we can accept card if it's not over a certain amount. So instead of compromising with me, they charge me $15 an extra three dollars just to take my card. They seem like nice people, but are definitely giving shady vibes I won't be returning
