Halka chodu Hanna..The short middleeast guy(probably Iraqi) who works there is extremely arrogant , rasicst towards non middleast people..I received the same feedback from one of my Chinese friend..I didn't believe so went to check myself on a non busy night around 9 pm or later..Arrogance was at peak as if he owns or rules the world..just do your job, if people have to buy or learn only by looking online videos, why are you at shop..close the shop and open online selling shop..u opened or u have been given license to open since customer will come , they will see , experience and ask questions..it's your job and responsibility to answer and sell..if not Shut it down and open online shop..
