Bad service and stuff .My son was sick with the flu and diarrhea. We went there to take the doctor's prescription and my son needed to go to the bathroom. They said we don't have a bathroom and they know my son has diarrhea and they didn't let him go to the bathroom, he did ?? on himself and didn't let us go to the bathroom , I don't forget that day I was so sad, please respect the people ??

Drove 25 minutes to get a COVID test from them. I get there and their doors are locked so I call to tell them I’m outside for my *scheduled appointment* and they tell me that they can’t help me because their systems are down. You’d think a simple phone call letting me know the situation would be better than having me drive all the way there to find out.

Do not get your covid test at this pharmacy! The staff is incredibly rude when you walk in for starters. Secondly they don’t give you any information on how to register yourself with the lab so the lab couldn’t even track me down in the system because they never received my identification number from them! Whenever I tried to call and talk to them about this they were extremely rude, not willing to help, or they’ll put on hold for over 15 minutes then hang up. Super unprofessional, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I have a prescription missing and no one will answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days and left multiple messages. There are no PEOPLE answering the phone, only a recording where you leave a message. Good Luck! If you need to call and find out about your prescription! I'm looking to find our who owns this corporation AND shift my medications to a different pharmacy. UNREAL - HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you NEED your medication, DO NOT use Prestige!
