Main hose broke on a machine at 4:00, didn't make it to pirtek till quarter after. Even though they close at 4:30 they took care of us with enthusiasm. Stellar service and care.

First, he would give them ZERO stars if he could. My husband went there for a five minute job, He needed 2 crimp connectors put on a piece of hose and he had all of the parts. They charged him $28.00!! He regrets not asking first for the price but honestly, he NEVER fathomed a charge of $28.00. He definitely will not be back to patronize this business and urges other customers to ask the price for a job before you ever let them touch your item.

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with them today (7/21/2020). I called this am and confirmed they could make a custom power steering line for my boat. Both people on the phone were very kind and inviting. My girlfriend who has very little knowledge of mechanical devices drove up there for me. She handed over my old line. They had a new one to her in a very short time and at a very responsible cost. I WILL recommend them to others and for sure will be using them in the future.
