“Great Italian market with fresh cooked foods and amazing subs. They have all the goodies from pasta to sauce to olives. I love their subs on hard rolls and need to try some of their fresh Italian classics. Service was great…think of small market with a deli inside making fresh food daily.”

“This is our go to for all of our bengali shopping. We been coming here pretty much from the time they opened. The prices are high but where isn't it? Everything has gone up everywhere and you can't expect hamtramck prices because there paying the Sterling Heights prices! I can understand 50 cents or even a dollar but nothing is more than that or my wife and I wouldn't be shopping here. Their customer service is also really good. We even get the hot food from time and their fried chicken and tandoori chicken is excellent.”

“They have a ton of stuff in that store! The lady who checked me out was nice. But if you are a person of a different culture, they're not really all that welcoming.”

“Great little family owned speciality market. Their fresh burek is phenomenal. Great quality wines in their small wine selection, decadent bakery, great selection of meats and cheeses. We always find something new each time we're here.”

“It doesn't get any more authentic than this. This place even looks like it's pulled straight out of Baghdad. But I see that as a good thing.Apart from being one of the few places where you can get authentic Iraqi Quzi, the food you can get from the carry-out-only restaurant is amazing. If you're looking for combo platters, get them here. Every other "Middle Eastern" restaurant is ripping you off, Baghdad Market gives you the best bang for your buck by far.”

“I went in for 1 item and left with several! The staff is friendly and helpful. The price for the item I wanted was more expensive than the original market I found it in, but everything else I purchased was fairly priced. There are many options- fresh, frozen, and packaged. I am happy I found this grocery store!”

“This is a typical Walmart, not supercenter. It caters to the basic everyday needs with primarily self checkouts open. The store has become better maintained and more organized since with the pickup area expansion in 2023. Parking lot is large but still crammed at the main entrance. Employees are generally nice but also look like they hate helping people. Small bottle return area in the front entrance.”

“Fresh pita bread out of the oven was amazing! Garlic sauce was made in-house and very delicious. I got a leg of lamb for $3.99 a lb and a lamb shoulder for $4.99 a lb. You really can't beat prices like that. They provided excellent service and are very nice. They told me to come back soon and tell them how everything was (pita, garlic sauce, and what I was planning to make with the shoulder) but I live pretty far away and don't know when I'll be back. I'm writing them this review instead. Hope you give them a try.”

“The store manager Eddie is the nicest man! He was working today (Sunday) and I went in to grab some Starbucks cups that have sold out by me already. It takes about 45 minutes to get to this specific Kroger from my location. I asked if there was a limit and he said no, so I grabbed the amount I wanted (friends asked me to pick up also) and told him how excited I was and far I drove. Eddie decided that because of my drive he threw a cup in for me for free. What an incredibly generous person to do something like this, and he seemed like he is always this way. Shout out to the Starbucks employees and Eddie for making my day!”

“The only problem I have is that I was there Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm and I hadn't used my debit card for 2 days prior to this and I had someone who copied my card number and try to cash $404.00 at key bank in West Bloomfield at 4:04pm.Thank god they never got the money from ATM machine outside key bankI was informed that any machine that is considered kiosk machines can copy the numbers off any cardPretty scary and this is the first time this has ever happened to me in All the years I have been banking”

“The selection of smoked kielbasa was beyond anything l could have imagined. The prepared foods on the steam table were just like babcia made. They fresh meat in the custumed desgn walk in refrigerator was absolutely incredible. The pork chops l bought for dinner were so tasty and tender that l was overwhelmed by the quality! And they even stayed open an extra 15 minutes past closing time to allow me to finish my shopping as l arrived late after work. My new favorite 'must shop' market. Bardzo dzienkuje!”

“They have everything I usually need. Still providing good service. Was able to do my shopping quickly. Nothing new. Same great service. One thing I dislike is that you can bring unlimited amount of items to self checkout. Many people are confused with the self-checkout concept. Many are very slow, which is not really Meijers fault.”

“Pros: convenient location and the hours of operation are great as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always greet you upon entry and are so very polite.Cons: they need help. I always have to move boxes and totes to get to the product I am trying to buy. It’s hard to give this store 4 stars because the service and convinces is on point. It’s annoying about the stock not being put up due to low staff”

“They do the best they can in this environment where healthcare is against helping people with issues with pain & needing pain meds. They have always been as helpful as possible.”

“Came here with a few questions for my daughters recent project. I needed a few things that were locked up, and they were able to help with that. I feel the service was good, not really sure why they have such a bad rating. I do enjoy coming here when I feel its necessary. Walmarts always been great!”

“Place is OK for generalized things, never would I go grocery shopping here though. Came in, and the entire food section was shut off, yet there was still food. I'd be worried about bacteria or something you know? They always have a huge selection of various things that are needed when I need something though”

“I think it is safe to say that I have never been a Walmart fan. After seeing the gobs of unpleasant videos and hearing of the crazy things that would always go on, it just seemed like a turn off for me. In fact, I hadn't been in a wm (up until late last year) in about 10 years. After hearing some good things from my sister about the low prices they have and the convenience of curbside pickup, I decided to give them a fair chance. It seems like wm in general has come a long way. Now yes, some aisles are in disarray (but you can pretty much find that at any retail stores these days- at least more often than not {people are generally shitty customers}), but the stores are cleaner than the times past, and also a few more friendlier faces (not saying all). For this location (which is about a mile where I am staying from right now), I went last week for a curbside pickup order, and I went inside tonight to get some laundry stuff. The curbside pickup, I used the app (which believe it or not, I am a wm+ member now!) to reserve my time. I pulled up, and within moments, a friendly lady came to load me up. That was actually my first ever curbside from wm, and it was actually quicker than my most recent curbsides at Target back home (in GA). So, I was pretty impressed with that. Now tonight, I went a little bit later in the night, so it wasn't as busy, but the actual store seemed generally clean (at least on the grocery side). I mean yes, a few things were out of place, but it wasn't an apocalyptic event or anything. I found what I needed, and went on. They also had a nice little St Patty's section near the front (I should have indulged, but I think I am going to KK tomorrow). Also, with their fresh food guarantee, it makes it more appealing to check out the food as well.Checkout was a breeze- I am not sure if this store has gone full self checkout or not (the home back home is). You can also utilize the scan and go option as well (so no more whining about your long lines at the checkout). I personally have not tried, but I think one day I will either here or at Sam's Club.So yes, needless to say, Walmart (in my eyes) has come a long way. I am sure there are some things that can be difficult to stay on top of, but it at least seems like they are trying. I will kind of miss this place when I leave next week! On a side note, there is a Subway just on the inside of the grocery side- not sure of that is a regular thing or not.”

“Huge store, very clean and organized. New developed store. Always multiple registers to check out in, they have home stuff, clothes, makeup, housewares, they have tons of departments outside your regular Kroger. Big pharmacy, wine and cheese area, big bakery, big fresh food area, Starbucks, beautiful flower department. 2 self checkout areas for guests. Big parking lot.”
