I had a chipped tooth repaired. Everything was quick and efficient. This office is staffed by great people and I am very happy everytime I get work done. From routine cleanings to crowns.

I recently had to have the services of a Periodontist to replace a broken tooth. While dealing with tooth matters can be daunting, I had the absolute BEST experience with this office!Dr. Monfaredzadeh (aka Dr. M.) took such good care of me, and made this 5 month journey smooth and actually delightful. She was very personable and made sure to educate me on every phase of the process while answering the many questions I would ask. After our first appointment, I was reassured that she was very capable and took pride in her work, which made my experience stress free.I'm so happy I went to her office and met her to provide my needed services. She's a pro and provided A1 customer service. She's my Periodontist of choice should I ever need those services again!!! The entire GEDC Sterling Heights office is spectacular.

Kate a the receptionist has calmed me twice to cancel by appointment , and the last time was when I was 10 minutes away. So unprofessional , I live 40 minutes away and the hygienist had the nerve to say I could come for X-rays but they don’t have time to do the cleaning . Hire more reliable people . Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time . Now I have to search for another appointment

Wonderful experience at this Great Expressions dental center. Had an after hours emergency and found this was the only center still open. Staff consulted the dentist and squeezed me into the schedule and thank God they did. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to numb me for the time being and schedule a tooth extraction for the next morning. Thank you very much to the staff and dentist...

The people in the office need to be more knowledgeable about member benefits and explain what might be due for service that is completed before doing completed the service on a patient. I was caught off guard with a price for a service that was a different that was lower last week and now it’s more this week . I did not appreciate it at all!!! They need to do better!!!!!

My crown came out while I was eating my food. Great Expression was quick enough to give me an appointment and they fixed my tooth. I am very thankful for that.

On 10/5/23, I scheduled an appt to get a filling and potential normal crown after a root canal was done. But the Dr J gave me no options other than reading comments from a former doctor Demi to do a crown lengthing which is a very intense procedure that I absolutely did not want done. She kept on insisting to do a crown lengthing without providing any other alternatives. I refused crown lengthing and she ran off to make a document for me to sign that I refused crown lengthing. So I signed it. Later I went to an outside network dental office and met with an experienced dentist who said and wrote a letter stating that a crown lengthing was not required. I am very disappointed in that Dr J who left me worried and frustrated. I called back and demanded to be seen again by a different doctor and told the new Dr Fadi, I don't want and don't need crown lengthing and he agreed and did the normal crown and now I am absolutely ok with a normal crown functioning perfectly so far, although I have a temporary until the ordered crown arrives.

Dr. Fady was quick to diagnose what needed to be done and knocked it out of the park. The lab did an amazing job with my partial and staff was super nice to boot. All around good vibes. Diffenetly recommend the office in Sterling Heights, MI.

The staff at the front were very kind and professional! Brooke, my RDH was so thorough and explained everything so well. Dr. Demi was very kind and was able to explain and help me with all my questions. Great experience :)

Very bad customer service, had to get a root canal and crown, kept getting pushed back and rescheduled. I had a evening appointment, when I walked in I was told they are running an hour behind, when I told them I could wait it was fine Jenny told me "well we close at 8 and we are not staying open for your appointment", and would have to come back in a month when they have an opening. I asked Sam if there was any other location and was told they are the only Great expressions that does root canals and crowns....so I called another location and got a new patient visit next day and the scheduled to have my crown put on next week at a $300 less then what the 15mile location quoted me...they have a take it or leave it approach on how they deal with customers and was told by Sam "well you can go somewhere else" and i did thank you Sam for your advice My Family will no longer use your location.....IF YOUR DONE WITH THE HASSLE AND BS FROM THIS LOCATION CALL AROUND YOU CAN SAVE MONEY TIME...

I’ve been going to this dentistry for about a year now. They did an excellent job on my fillings and even threw a minor filling in as a freebie. My cleanings are usually top notch, too, but my most recent visit placed me with a hygienist I had not seen before. The appointment felt rushed and the cleaning did not feel as high quality as before. She did a cursory polish and did not use the special floss for the bar on my lower teeth. I’m not sure if he was busy, but I did not receive an oral exam by the doctor following the cleaning, which I found odd. I don’t know. I will go back for my next cleaning, but another performance like that will have me looking at other dentistries.

2 appointments in a row the dentist no-showed. The first time we found out when we got there. The 2nd time it happened 2 days before the appointment.The manager Sam got in at 10am and gave a different reason than the true story, and when I asked to speak to a person who is responsible for the region he directed me to a dead-end phone tree.It's too bad because my experience with the hygienists has been fantastic. But this location has unreliable dentists and management who does not care.

Great experience!I've been worried about going to the dentist because I let too much time go by.I thought I would receive judgment, but my experience couldn't have been farther from that!From the time I walked in the door, to getting X-rays, cleaning, and a wellness check, I was welcomed with a warm greeting the entire visit.Dr. Mike, Kate, and the staff were a pleasure to meet, and I will definitely use them as my primary dentist and keep up with regular visits moving forward!

Absolutely a great example of customer service. I cracked a front tooth on a Friday and the staff fit me in on Monday. Dr Mike said he knows that a front tooth issues are just as important as some pain issues. Being in sales appearance is important. Highly recommend.
