“I like Kohls, but the set up of this store isn't people friendly. I had to walk completely around to the opposite side of the store to check out. Limping all the way. They need more registers throughout the store.”

“Wow! It's been probably at least 12 years since I've been in this store and I can't believe how it's changed for the better! Instead of looking junky and disorganized it is now pleasant, elegant and tastefully arranged. Well done, Big Lots! I am truly impressed with the great shopping experience!?”

“In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

“I Love Macys!!! But this one, ewww. It was filthy, they have no stock.... Either they are getting ready to close this one or it's gonna close if it stays like this!!! I will be back tho, cuz I Love Macys!!!”

“The friendly staff was great, and handled the overwhelming amount of customers very well considering there are only 2 photographers. Unfortunately it is 2023 and people havent gotten any smarter and fail to realize the simple fact that only 2 photographers have to take their time if you want nice photos, Simple concept people...As a result we had an hour and 20 wait, and although it wasnt anticipated, it was very well worth it. Shout out to Meghan our photographer, she's a great person and an EXCEPTIONAL photographer as well. Keep up the good work ladies”

“This is a typical Walmart, not supercenter. It caters to the basic everyday needs with primarily self checkouts open. The store has become better maintained and more organized since with the pickup area expansion in 2023. Parking lot is large but still crammed at the main entrance. Employees are generally nice but also look like they hate helping people. Small bottle return area in the front entrance.”

“They have everything I usually need. Still providing good service. Was able to do my shopping quickly. Nothing new. Same great service. One thing I dislike is that you can bring unlimited amount of items to self checkout. Many people are confused with the self-checkout concept. Many are very slow, which is not really Meijers fault.”

“The best Burlington in the area. Lots of selection and good. The one in the Great Lakes Crossing used to be good but today, don't bother. It's super disorganized and very limited, bad selections.”

“Place is OK for generalized things, never would I go grocery shopping here though. Came in, and the entire food section was shut off, yet there was still food. I'd be worried about bacteria or something you know? They always have a huge selection of various things that are needed when I need something though”

“I just had a great experience at customer service at this Walmart! (8/2/20 7pm). I was dreading to take returns in, usually a hassle. But I stood in line for under 15 minutes & was greeted with a friendly welcome. I had 13 pieces of clothing to return, with no receipt & almost 60 days since purchased, from a different Walmart. She gladly looked up my 3 receipts & I left very happy. I don't shop here, but think I may start. Thanks!!”

“Came here with a few questions for my daughters recent project. I needed a few things that were locked up, and they were able to help with that. I feel the service was good, not really sure why they have such a bad rating. I do enjoy coming here when I feel its necessary. Walmarts always been great!”

“I think it is safe to say that I have never been a Walmart fan. After seeing the gobs of unpleasant videos and hearing of the crazy things that would always go on, it just seemed like a turn off for me. In fact, I hadn't been in a wm (up until late last year) in about 10 years. After hearing some good things from my sister about the low prices they have and the convenience of curbside pickup, I decided to give them a fair chance. It seems like wm in general has come a long way. Now yes, some aisles are in disarray (but you can pretty much find that at any retail stores these days- at least more often than not {people are generally shitty customers}), but the stores are cleaner than the times past, and also a few more friendlier faces (not saying all). For this location (which is about a mile where I am staying from right now), I went last week for a curbside pickup order, and I went inside tonight to get some laundry stuff. The curbside pickup, I used the app (which believe it or not, I am a wm+ member now!) to reserve my time. I pulled up, and within moments, a friendly lady came to load me up. That was actually my first ever curbside from wm, and it was actually quicker than my most recent curbsides at Target back home (in GA). So, I was pretty impressed with that. Now tonight, I went a little bit later in the night, so it wasn't as busy, but the actual store seemed generally clean (at least on the grocery side). I mean yes, a few things were out of place, but it wasn't an apocalyptic event or anything. I found what I needed, and went on. They also had a nice little St Patty's section near the front (I should have indulged, but I think I am going to KK tomorrow). Also, with their fresh food guarantee, it makes it more appealing to check out the food as well.Checkout was a breeze- I am not sure if this store has gone full self checkout or not (the home back home is). You can also utilize the scan and go option as well (so no more whining about your long lines at the checkout). I personally have not tried, but I think one day I will either here or at Sam's Club.So yes, needless to say, Walmart (in my eyes) has come a long way. I am sure there are some things that can be difficult to stay on top of, but it at least seems like they are trying. I will kind of miss this place when I leave next week! On a side note, there is a Subway just on the inside of the grocery side- not sure of that is a regular thing or not.”
