Do not ever use this location. The incompetence is astounding and the brush off attitudes are unacceptable. As a side note, do not take advantage of their IPad sale. There are numerous hidden fees. Comcast are nothing but crooks and outright liars. Having been a customer for many years, it's shocking how poor the service and staff have become.

I'd put less if I could. Connection at Knights Inn is beyond pathetic. More time without internet. Never liked your service and I still don't. I see a lawsuit coming, Fix it right and people might not complain. Stop sending noobs to do a job where people are depending on the internet to be up to get out of a bad situation. 1 minute on.. 5 off. No. Enough. I don't want excuses. ONLY ANSWERS TO SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN DO. Results.. not excuses. Signed... the fed up with big business lies

Very fast reliable internet. My only complaints are the pricing and one terabyte data cap. Its annoying too have too call and negotiate every year or two. Also not a fan because when people started ditching cable for streaming services Comcast/xfinity increased the cost of internet. The military discount is not that good compared too many other companies. Please don't retaliate Comcast as i am still a customer.
In addition to my previous review i am downgradingto 1 star because.... I have had the xfinity home security cameras for 8-9 months and it have never worked and tech after tech come out to fix this and cannot but xfinity will not give me money back for the cameras so i am paying for and owning something that will never work. I spent over 20 hours on the phone, with techs, or by myself trying to pair these camers to my internet with no success, techs say my internet equipment is not compatible with the xfinity home security system cameras and that i need to call customer service to get a refund for camers, i call them and they don't listen to me, we go through another entire troubleshooting process that doesn't work and they force me to have a tech come who cannot do anything and cancels the appointment. I have seriously had it with this greedy company and makes huge profits for only investors and high ups in company. I have no other choice where i live so this nurse/veteran gets to keep paying high costs

My experience is with Comcast in general, not this store. Comcast uses subcontractors, and we have hand a problem for a few months created by a tech who took the liberty of cutting and disconnecting our home phone cabling leaving us with only one of six jacks working. So far, we are waiting 6 weeks for some one to fix the problem. Comcast does not take responsibility for its subcontractors, and left it up to us to resolve the problem. Comcast supervisors NEVER return telephone calls and provide statuses. Basically, the service is fine until there is a problem and you need to escalate an issue. Comcast has the tendency to make changes without testing them first. They made a change to their network last year that brought down over 500,000 customers and customer service claimed ignorance to any issues. Their apps are buggy, and each update breaks working features. They need to do less offshore support and get resources that know what they are doing.

Its listed as a service center and on the window it reads that this location is for corporate offices. So do not go here for any services, period!

I will say that Comcast/Xfinity customer service has improved over the past 10 years.
