Whenever I bring my dog to this clinic, he is eagerly excited seeing the doctor and staff. The team is consistently friendly, promptly returning calls with helpful responses. Maddie, in particular, was pleasant and exceptionally helpful in addressing my needs.

The service is very BAD3 time i maked abutment and thay called me one day before my appointment and they said to me we have to cancel your appointment because family emergency 3 time thay cancel my appointmentIs not nice

My poor baby was scratching herself bloody everywhere and our normal vet was not answering the phone so I called everywhere. Every single place I called didn’t take walk ins, didn’t except new clients & had appointments out until the end of September. Until I reached ALFA CARE. I called them at 5:30 PM on Friday and she said to come in at 6pm. I sped there with my baby (who was absolutely terrified ?). We got in a room immediately. They said she had allergy to something (not outdoors). Gave her a steroid shot. Told me to go buy baby Benadryl & to keep putting triple antibiotic ointment on the spots like I had been. And to buy flea & tick treatment from their online pharmacy. Not sure if it was the steroids or the ointment I was putting on. But the dry does on her head clumped up and releases from her scalp. And her bloody spots have healed. So I’m happy And she’s happy, just a little sore when you touch her now bald spot directly.

I am unsure with the NEW OWNERS HOW SERVICE HAS BEEN. But, Excellent service in & out, quick response. The staff is gentle, patient, very caring of your love one (hairy human) & YESSS I WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL?❤️

Very run down establishment and a very unfriendly veterinarian !! We arrived to this vet office at around 3 30 . We where the only people in the place other than a very friendly receptionist . Of course we had to wait for the vet that looked to be totally not ready for us . When he checked for a fever it was a store bought cheap thermometer ! I let him some what check my dog and it didn't seem to me to be right nor to my son . Something was very off with this vet . No hello , no how are you , nothing . I was going to put my dog on the table and he said no . He proceeded to check my dog on the dirty floor . I told him I thought she had a UTI . After checking her down below he told me she was very oily . He never even found her female parts . After that I told the receptionist to let me pay for what was owed so far and we got the hell out of there fast . Took my dog strait to Wilsons where I should have went in the first place !! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . So sad to say but it is the truth !!!

They have bad service and the price is so expensive they have different doctors now and not like before if you go only for check up you will spend over $200 I never take my dog there anymore I have 3 dogs I have spend over 750 each time lol don’t even try

Weren’t much help. Very unprofessional, almost child like customer service skills . Weren’t very empathetic or compassionate. Wouldn’t recommend.

That's a horrible Hospital if they can even have the nerve to call themselves a hospital my dog is dead because of that incompetent that that calls himself a doctor I'm sick over all of it and poor 1,200 later and my dog died for no good reason

The doctor he is so unprofessional and I took my dog to this clinic for the shots and he only 5 months and needs the rabies shots and the doctor he told me he need 4 other shots which is I already was there months ago and he took his shots and now he want to give me other shots just to charge me more money and sale me some medicine for 170$ which is also the last time he charge me for the consultation just to see my dog for 69$ it’s insane and unbelievable.
