I should probably give 2 stars, but I'm pretty upset about the customer service yesterday. (06/15/23) The man didn't want to help me ship a package international, even though I was the only customer in there. I interrupted his chat with someone in the back. I have shipped international twice in the past and the employees went above and beyond to get the job done. But this guy was rude. He suggested that I could go to any other branch. ?? I don't plan to do business there again.

My last few visits have been pretty great! I will say There were a few folks who worked there that were really unpleasant. I don't know if they retired or what, but the new faces that I've seen recently have been delightful, informative, and incredibly helpful. Really happy for those personnel changes at this post office.

Called for help on a few questions and the person I spoke with was patronizing and spoke to me like I was very dumb. Left the call more confused and frustrated than when I started.

I had a wonderful experience at this post office location. The staff member working, Tim, was extremely helpful and friendly. I was truly impressed with his customer service and knowledge of what I needed.

Never had an issue with USPS. But the two ladies who work in the Post Office were completely rude. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely will be driving the extra distance to go to a different location from now on.

I wonder sometimes about the reviews I sometimes see. I have always had really good service with helpful and friendly clerks at this post office.
