I went there for a cast cement step and the staff there are so informed that when I asked for a 38 inch step, she knew that I must have measured the top of the step which is bigger than the actual step size so she gave me the right one, and thank goodness she did because she was right.”
“Great place... only takes 45min to 1hr to get loaded... you need to drop your trailer, once you talk to Pamela and she gave you directions... you can park in the front and take a nap while waiting for your trailer to get loaded.... what? Did I mention they will put the tarp for you?? Wow and the people they're so nice...”
“My fiance and I were looking for fencing for our new home. We had walked through the store but didn't see the wood fencing we were looking for. We asked a worker and he was most helpful in not only walking us through where the fencing was, to assisting us with what type of fence to purchase. Mundo (24 year old veteran) was exceptional at answering our questions and also assisted us with check-out and loading the fencing into our car. It's workers like this that need to be promoted and praised for their willingness to help customers and go out of their way to make sure assistance is given.”
“I've found what I needed every time I've visited. I don't do any major building. This store still has the big race car carts, and holiday displays inside. This made our day, since it was too cold to be outside. I don't know anything about tool supplies, but as far as just talking your kid somewhere to be entertained for a bit, I recommend.”
“This staff here is underpay for what they do and what they must endure everyday. I am impressed of what they get done with the little staff they have. This Lowes is well organized and neatly everything is in place. I don't see too many old faces here which tells me they are in need of help. For a Sunday it was pretty chill and to my surprise there were some irritated customers. These guys don't deserve it but they do well in handling the situations that arise. Nowadays to us that just want peace it's a must. I like coming here I just have a good vibe of humbling expectations. That is all. “They unload pretty fast. The one dock is a blind side dock. That's where they unload insulation. It's hard to get into because of material stacked everywhere!”

“I came to this Lowe's for a particular item. I saw a mirror on the Eureka Lowe's but all the boxes seemed returned and I didn't want to pay full price for something that it's not brand new. So I asked my husband if he would drive me to the next closest Lowe's to find this mirror and he did. We ended up here and we loved it. Associates are sooooooo nice and polite. Also their selection on bathroom items are more extensive. I didn't like that they carried Allen and Roth but not in a full set of the Harlow gold. It would make sense for all hardware in one room to be same exact color and shade. Otherwise everything went well.”
