Don't waste your time here! I came here tonight to get my daughter a brace for her hand, they don't close until 6 and refused to see us saying they see their last customer at 530 and I got there at 545. They were rude and unprofessional. Now my daughter has to be late to school tomorrow because she needs this brace before going back to school, I will not be returning to this or any binsons going forward.

The person ordering. MY walker didn't listen when I sent in my prescription for a right to left folding walker. I wasted 45 minutes in travel and waiting only to be told that they don't carry them. It made my aid late for her other job because I had 2 .ore pickups to make. People need to listen instead of assuming they know what you are saying so that mistakes like this don't happen. I probably lost my aid because of the wasted time and inconvenience plus travel and mileage including gas costs.

As a medical provider (DNP/NP) I wanted to get my on O2 bottle for the office. I called someplace else in my area and they said only Binsons does O2. I instantly dreaded calling because I a provider, i refuse to send orders to Binsons as they are notoriously the worst in the DME business. As I expected, it was a 45 min call and total waste of time when I should have been working. Transferred 4 times, on hold for the vast majority and finally told it was $225, plus I had to but more supplies, fills, etc, and would be weeks to get. As expected. I should have know better.

Lisa in after hours Is rude and sarcastic inside over the phone when I asked her what am I supposed to do about my insulin and supplies because I thought you guys were after hours emergencies and I called you 2 weeks ago and they say oh well. The only emergency is oxygen and I'm like well. You guys are medical supply. If you're going to have an emergency line, you should cover all of it because I'm pretty sure insulin lies up there with oxygen that keep people alive

Had a prescription sent in for a nebulizer for a two year old yesterday at 9 am. It is now 2:08 PM the following day and I’ve been on hold for an hour with absolutely no information or person to actually speak to. Completely unacceptable. Had I known what absolute garbage customer service would come with using Binsons, I would have found a nebulizer elsewhere. Instead I have a two year old who can barley breath while I’m at the mercy of the incompetent employees.

Ive been unable ti walk properly for well over a year, struggling even more so in the past 6months walking with a cane and incredible pain From H Pylori and a Rotten Gallbladder, and the woman I dealt with today at Binsons was a God send. She helped me to get a walker and deal with my insurance issues and i cried from pure joy in their parking lot. I was able to walk upright at a steady pace without getting winded or dizzy and I now have a seat anytime I need it. Thank you so so so much!!!

Tamora, Emily, & Mikaela at Benson's provided top-notch service! Friendly, efficient, & made my visit a pleasure. Highly recommend! I had a issue with my doctor providing a prescription and they made sure I got taken care of those 3 together are a terrific team.

OMG worst place I've ever been to the Southgate location. Don't answer the phone. Rude, lazy and unprofessional. Took my script never sent it in to be processed. Insurance company tried calling got no answer. It's mind boggling how they are in business. This place is a prime example of what is wrong with America..I would drive to Lansing before I will ever waste my time here again. If you don't believe me go ahead and see for yourself. They suck.

Prices are outrageous, back brace made in Vietnam-$1300 it has no gold or silver in it
