Horrible management and manager. Also still waiting almost 2 weeks reply corporate for my complaint. Never shop there again and gonna write article about experience since I’m writer local paper. Customers beware manager poor management skills and will call police any reason!!!!!

Last year, I had a bad experience here and vowed never to shop at this location again. Due to my hectic schedule today, I made the exception, and I'm glad I did.Quickly picked up my items and proceeded to check out. There was an issue with the register, but Jeanette was extremely patient in getting the issue resolved.There was a manager who came up to assist, and I appreciate it because he was extremely busy in the furniture department but also took his time to help me, and it was greatly appreciated. You both displayed great customer service.You now have another loyal customer. Thank you for all of your help. ?

Big Lots can be pricy. Especially on the food. I don't buy nearly as much food here as I used to because its more than Meijer. Store is clean. Employees are hit and miss on kindness. Sales are usually good especially when they allow you to stack coupons. Parking lot is in need of repairs.
