Sabra was my dinner server. Truly outstanding service! Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.
Also: at check-in, kudos to Shimere. Shimere was very helpful, polite and made me feel like a Marriott Bonvoy VIP.

I have to take a moment to single out Shirmere, the young lady who checked me in at the front desk and Sam, the fantastic gentlemen at Tangos restaurant. Shirmere was extremely professional, polite and exemplary at her job. She is a fantastic first impression of the hotel. Sam was just as phenomenal, and his jovial personality and helpful nature was simply a joy! He always made sure I was well taken care of. I travel consistently for my job and stay in tons of hotels, but these two are the top 1% of anyone I've ever encountered in any type of customer-facing role, the hotel industry or otherwise. Whatever these two are making isn't enough! Increase their pay Westin!

Geared towards business hotel. Wouldn't really recommend for personal travel. Too many other charges to deal with. Worst restaurant option among the Westin's I have stayed at .

We stayed here in August 2024 we will serve breakfast and now we are here again in October 2024, not even a two month difference and we are told that they’re not giving us breakfast. You have to be platinum silver gold I don’t know if they are on the new management or what but the service is horrible will not be staying here again

Easy access to Detroit. Nice property, spacious rooms with wonderful showers.
Food and drinks: I had the wild mushroom pilaf dish. Very tasty! Thank you to Sabra for great service.

I travel a lot with my business and I like to stay at the Westin Southfield Detroit not only because of the rooms and bed but mainly for the spectacular special host at the hotel. Barbara, Felicia and Charline make me feel so comfortable and they are so charming to talk to. After being on the road so much it’s nice to be able to stay at a hotel that’s just about as close as you can get to being at home. In fact Barbara, Felicia and Charline will go out of their way to make you feel like you are at home.
Rooms: Beds are fantastic, best beds I’ve ever had in a hotel

Restaurant was so nice! Had a lovely server named Sabra. She was so kind and gave great recommendations. Fries are amazing :)
