I’ve been shopping with Swank for a little over a year now and I love their merchandise. It’s always beautiful and if I buy for an event, I don’t see a bunch of people wearing what I’m wearing and how I’m wearing it. I’ve only had 1 hiccup were something didn’t fit right and I blame me more than them because I gained weight and miscalculated the stretchy-ness of a pair of jeans. My only real complaints are that, everything sells out so fast & takes a while to restock. Also, for me shipping has started to take such a long time, especially if you do a large order or shop during a big sale. In the beginning I would place an order that morning and by that evening I would get a notification that my stuff had shipped and it would be at my door by day 3. Now, so many are ordering their products, they get bogged down. Great for Swank, a nightmare for me because I’ve purchased for events before and didn’t get stuff on time, those are my only reason for taking away a ⭐️ . But whenever I do get it everything is always so nice, that I still be happy!!?

Upon the arrival of my package, I experienced a mix of excitement and apprehension when I noticed its small size in relation to me. Despite this, I proceeded with attempts to optimize the situation. However, upon opening the package and examining the size 16/18 shorts, my feelings turned to overwhelming disappointment. I was further disheartened to find that the shorts, labelled as 1X, resembled a size 6/8. This unexpected discrepancy left me feeling cheated, particularly considering the significant amount of money spent. I feel compelled to caution other plus-size women against making purchases from this source due to the inaccuracy of their sizing. It appears that their sizing system may be reminiscent of older Chinese standards, where a 1X, 2X, or 3X would have comfortably fit a 100-pound individual. This experience has reinforced my preference against buying from small online companies, as the sizing may not be suitable for curvy, lower-heavy figures without surgery.

I went in the store and Nez assisted me 5/31. We chatted for a sec and I left. Got home and my pants didn't fit. I didn't have time to go back to rhe store so went back to the store 6/1 and who do I see again? Lol Nez with a smile and talking like we've been friends forever. He is amazing. He checked on me and made me smile. He welcomed me back. He's amazing!!!!! Thanks for that lil pep talk! I'll be back!

The shipping was super fast and the items received were just as described. However, the fit of the bras were smaller than I expected. Probably should have order two sizes up for a proper fit.But I will most certainly order from them again.

I have been purchasing from Swank for a few year now. But as of lately quite a bit more. I love the unique and different styles as well as how the clothes fit my body. In a nutshell I would describe Swank as comfortable stylish and unique. I might add that my items were always shipped and received in a timely manner ????

I really love this company but it has been very hard to get size consistency . I ordered the same super stretch jeans in the same size and they each fit differently. I have ordered 6 pairs already. The orders do ship in a timely manner.

Shipping was fast, however, I ordered a blazer and leggings in the same color (as pictured on the model on the website), but they arrived in two different colors. I asked for an exchange and they allowed me to return both pieces. But when they sent out another blazer and leggings separately, they again sent two different colors. After trying again to get the same color for both pieces, I was told that the time frame for returns had expired and they refused to remedy their mistake by sending the same colors for both or issuing a refund. I would not recommend this company or order from them again.
